Lead Trainer and Quality Performance Manager

Billy is a retired Marine Corps Infantry Weapons Officer (Gunner) with over 24 years of service. He has planned and conducted operations in combat, in both Iraq and Afghanistan. Billy has served at all levels of command but most recently as the 26th Marine Expeditionary Unit Gunner in support of operations in both Europe and Central Command. He is skilled in program management, curriculum development, training design, and organizational leadership. Billy obtained a B.S. from Park University and a M.A. in Leadership Studies from Mashall University.
